Job Summary:
As an IT Recruiter at Puzzle, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and acquiring top talent to drive our company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating candidates for various IT positions, ensuring alignment with our company culture and values. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and industry knowledge will be crucial in building a high-performing team to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates from both the US and Latin American markets, understanding the nuances and requirements of each region.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for specific roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
4+ years of Proven experience as an IT recruiter.
Experience sourcing candidates from both the US and Latin American markets.
Previous experience working with a Staffing business model.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills required for various positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter Pro.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
