ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a contract role for a Senior Lawyer located in Vilnius, with flexibility for some remote work. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing legal contracts, advising on asset and share transactions, overseeing clients’ corporate matters.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
5 or more years’ experience in contract, corporate, finance law and / or transactions;
excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
strong organizational and time management skills;
ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team;
Bachelor or Master degree in Law of university in Lithuania and / or United Kingdom.
