Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python3, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and AWS Cloud. Experience in Death Claims and Claim Registration is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a day shift without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Python3, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and AWS Cloud.
Oversee the integration of various AWS services to ensure seamless application performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ensure the implementation of standard methodologies in coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
Develop and maintain user documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
Fix and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and techniques.
Work closely with collaborators to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
