OpiniQ Ltd is looking for a Senior/Lead Recruiter to join our HR team.The successful candidate will attract and hire top talent to support our company’s mission and growth.
The ideal candidate has a background in recruitment, excellent attention to detail and desire to grow in the profession.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company.
Assisting in the coordination of interview schedules and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Prior experience in recruitment or human resources minimum 3 year
Familiarity with recruiting tools, Linkedin etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in Russian plus English B1+.
