Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our growing Managed Services team. The ideal candidate must have worked on at least two HCM Cloud projects as a functional expert and have a solid understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Experience with other Oracle HCM products, particularly E-Business Suite, will be advantageous.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day support, offer expert advice on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, and guide clients on best practices. You should be capable of working independently, possess strong documentation skills, and have the ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of services as part of a Managed Service model.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support: Provide ongoing support for clients on various Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Functional Expertise: Offer functional leadership and best-practice guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on payroll.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to provide expert advice on Cloud processes, configuration options, and future roadmaps.
Training and Coaching: Deliver training and mentorship to junior team members and colleagues, ensuring knowledge sharing within the team.
Pre-Sales Assistance: Participate in pre-sales activities by providing demonstrations of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
Documentation: Clearly document design solutions and knowledge to support the Managed Services team.
Remote Work: Effectively collaborate with end-users and teams in a remote working environment.
Collaboration: Work independently while maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude, contributing to a team-driven environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Essential:
Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
Project Involvement: Experience with at least two HCM Cloud projects as a functional expert.
US Payroll Knowledge: In-depth understanding of US payroll and absence legislation.
Modules Expertise: Familiarity with Absence and Time & Labour modules.
Solution Translation: Strong skills in translating business requirements into functional solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively share knowledge and ideas.
Documentation Skills: Proven ability to document solutions clearly and contribute to a shared knowledge base.
Autonomy: Demonstrates self-initiative and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work North American business hours (7 PM to 4 AM IST shift pattern).
Desirable:
Additional Module Experience: Knowledge of Absence, Time & Labour, or Compensation modules.
E-Business Suite HRMS Knowledge: Experience with E-Business Suite HRMS, including payroll.
ITIL Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes for service management.
HR Process Knowledge: Broad experience with HR processes from a business context.
Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications, particularly in Payroll, would be an added advantage.
Contract Details:
Duration: 6+ months with potential for extension.
Location: Remote Must be able to work North American business hours (7 PM to 4 AM IST shift pattern).
