As a Senior People Business Specialist, you will be responsible for providing consulting and technical support for our system end-users and HR Business partners. You will provide second-level support for the Employee Center and core support for Talent Development processes within our Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP), performance, and development tools.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide troubleshooting support for employees in the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), Learning Management System (LMS), MyLearning, and performance management tools
Provide technical support for managers and course owners to distribute training and produce reports in LMS
Assist with cases escalated through IT (ServiceNow)
Resolve Tier 2 support requests through case management tools and the HR HelpDesk (ServiceNow)
Work with other members of the Talent Development Department, supporting our LMS, LXP, and other Talent Systems
Consistently meet targets for Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics

Required Qualifications:
1+ years of Human Resources, Learning Management, or Talent System Administration experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Proven solid customer service skills
Proven solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
Proven solid organizational skills and must be detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Cloud
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with MyLearning

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
