EXUS is looking for a talented Senior Platform Engineer to join us remotely in a company that revolutionizes the way that credit risk is managed.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer. More specifically:
Requirements
Main duties:
Design, deploy and manage scalable, multi-node Kubernetes clusters (on-premises, AWS EKS, Azure AKS)
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant tools
Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient, and highly available, supporting auto-scaling where applicable
Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to enable fast and reliable deployment cycles
Work with IT and Support teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues
Requirements:
BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MSc degree is a plus)
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
Deep expertise in:
Kubernetes administration (CKA or similar certifications are a plus)
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Strong experience with:
CI/CD tools (especially GitHub Actions)
Helm charts and package management
Monitoring and observability solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana)
Scripting (Bash, Python)
Linux system administration
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure
Exposure to MLOps workflows and large language model (LLM) deployment
Experience provisioning Kubernetes clusters on bare metal or virtual machines (e.g. using kubeadm, Cluster API, or similar tools)
General skills:
Excellent knowledge of English language (both verbal & written)
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Team player, self-motivated, constantly seeking new knowledge
