We are looking for an experience Paid Media Analyst to lead high-budget campaigns.
Responsibilities:

Own all marketing analytics aspects including analyzing, reporting and tracking of marketing activities .

Manage, optimize and maximize ROI on large scale digital media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, Snap, X).

Constant conversion performance improvement by A/B testing ad copy, creative types and funnel experience.

Collaborate with the creative team on new marketing angles and ads.

At least 3 to 4 years of experience managing significant budgets, with a deep understanding of video performance campaigns (highly required)

Fluent English level

High analytical ability (will be tested) and the ability to learn advanced analytical tools

Able to multitask and prioritize among many competing needs in a fast-paced, fluid environment, and ensure delivery dates are met

Ability to handle high budgets for performance campaigns.
