About the Hiring Company:
An international Ad Network is scaling rapidly and looking to build a high-performing team. We are currently looking for a Senior Publisher / Account Manager who will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with publishers and affiliates, driving performance, and exploring new opportunities for revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and close deals with publishers and affiliates

Build and maintain a steady flow of traffic across campaigns

Monitor KPIs and optimize performance for growth

Conduct market and competitor research to stay competitive

Test and develop new revenue channels

Maintain accurate and organized records within a CRM system

Represent the company at international conferences

The Successful Candidate:

3+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher Manager or Account Manager in a similar environment

Strong negotiation and communication skills with creative outreach strategies

Solid knowledge of CPC, CPM, flat deals, and publisher acquisition

A proactive and independent approach to problem-solving

Good knowledge of Google Sheets and experience with Google Analytics

Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have:

Experience in the adult advertising industry

Familiarity with tools like monday.com and Jira
