About the Project:
We are developing a customizable inspection tool to be used across multiple domains, with the first application in Fire & Safety systems. The tool will feature both web and mobile interfaces for real-time data capture, reporting, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of a React full stack application (web and mobile).
Build scalable backend services with MongoDB to manage inspection data.
Develop cross-platform applications using React Native for mobile and React for web.
Customize the inspection tool for different domains, starting with Fire & Safety systems.
Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend platform functionality.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-ready solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Ensure unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines are in place for robust delivery.
Provide extended support for new feature development, enhancements, and long-term maintenance.
Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Hands-on experience in building cross-platform applications (web & mobile) using React and React Native.
Strong ability to write new code from scratch as well as refactor/alter existing codebases.
Solid understanding of UI development, with the ability to code and optimize user interfaces for both web and mobile.
Experience in integrating APIs and third-party services.
Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization across platforms.
Strong knowledge of database design and optimization with MongoDB.
Experience implementing authentication, role-based access, and secure data handling.
Ability to support and extend functionalities in the future as project requirements evolve.
Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
