Your Role — Your Impact
Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)
You’re a battle-tested sales professional ready to own big, complex deals. You’ll:

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead nurturing to closing major commercial contracts.

Lead negotiations with top-tier clients, showcasing the unique value of Neosun’s solutions.

Drive the pipeline aggressively — hitting at least 3 deals per month.

Represent us face-to-face when required, building trust and long-term partnerships.

Your Rewards:

Base salary: $400–$550/month

Commission: 1% on every deal closed

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability industry.

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
