The Role: Senior Remote Support Engineer
What will you do?

Communicate the EcoStruxure Asset Advisor entitlement and pre-requisites (call and email)

Support customer on gateway installation & configuration

Support in configuring network parameters on equipment network management card

Work Order management (Salesforce)

Supports the Connected Services Hub in re-connecting disconnected asset

Monitoring and management of EAA SP&C Accounts, AUM and Connectivity Rate for Countries of support

Identify lead generation

Work closely with the Country Customer Success Manager

Qualifications
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in customer-facing, project management, analysis, technical troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with UPS communication (SNMP, Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP)

Working experience in Salesforce and WO management would be an added advantage

Certification in networks & routing concepts would be an advantage but are not mandatory
