Senior Ruby Rails Developer (REMOTE)

Job Title: Senior Ruby Engineer Shift: Mid Shift (4pm – 1am PH Time) Location: Remote About us: We are a leading B2B SaaS company based in London, UK. We combined the best elements of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), Talent Development and Performance Management tools into one unified People Development Platform. By delivering the best employee experience through learning, collaboration and development, we support organizations in improving employee lifetime value and business performance. We are now seeking to add two more Senior Ruby on Rail Developers to join our Backend Team. We’re looking for people who share our four core values and want to contribute to building our culture. Developers are strongly encouraged to learn how to add to and maintain our systems (we do not have any dedicated sys-admins). Our infrastructure (as code) hosted in AWS can be torn down and rebuilt in under an hour, and we regularly run realistic disaster recovery scenarios, all automated of course.
