Position Overview
As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will work on analyzing open-source repositories, setting up environments, validating bug-fix performance, and ensuring high-quality datasets for AI training. You’ll collaborate with researchers and possibly lead junior engineers in real-world software challenges.
What You’ll Do

Identify, analyze, and triage GitHub issues from trending open-source projects.

Configure and manage environments using Docker and similar tools.

Validate code performance, quality, and unit test coverage.

Modify and execute codebases for real-world LLM evaluations.

Collaborate with research teams to select challenge repositories.

Optionally mentor and guide junior engineers in project tasks.

Ideal Profile

3-4+ years of Rust development experience.

Expertise in Git workflows, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Proven ability to debug and execute complex, open-source projects locally.

Familiarity with GitHub issue triaging and workflow management.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for large-scale code challenges.
