Position : Senior Sales Consultant – Remote
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing guidance and support to junior sales consultants. Your expertise and strategic thinking will be vital in helping the company achieve its growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other methods.
Provide guidance and support to junior sales consultants, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in a senior or supervisory role is preferred.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
