Senior Solutions Engineer (API Security) – Singapore (Remote)

Not your ordinary sales engineering team, we’re a global, fast and innovative team. We care about our customers to protect their organisation from API Security threats. We do this by solving their API Security challenges. Working on cutting edge API Security Technology, we are owning the entire Solution Engineering process.

Partner with the best

You will engage with our customers throughout the sales life cycle. You will guide them during their journey of improving their API security from discovery to deployment. You will also act as the bridge between the field to Product Management and R&D.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Building, designing and implementing methodologies and processes for efficient technical sales process

Being the technical and API security expert for our customers and partners

Creating high-quality solution design documents and lead customer-facing technical sessions with both technical and senior management audiences

Developing technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations and product demonstrations

Responding to technical RFPs and explaining complex technical content to a variety of stakeholders

Being a good team player, collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing agile environment

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have experience in a technical sales position like Pre-Sales, System Engineering, Solution Consultant, Solution Architect

Have knowledge of APIs, WAF and Web application security

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the internet, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTML, and SSL protocols

Possess excellent interpersonal skills, briefing prospects, analytics and customers

Have excellent presentation skills and written communication in emails, RFPs, and reports

Able to be organized, analytical, creative and adaptive in approach and finding solutions
