As a Level II operational staff member, you’ll focus on the Endpoint Privileged Management solution. Implementing and managing EPM applications and allowances, developing proactive solutions, providing customer support to helpdesk and employees. You will help manage a business-critical service which connects nearly every global client device internally.
As a Systems Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

Administring and tuning of Endpoint Privileged Management policies across Windows\macOS\Ubuntu client operating systems.

Configuring of the endpoint privileged management software including RBAC, whitelisting, blacklisting of applications.

Developing, documenting, and enforcing the standards, security procedures, controls for access to ensure integrity of compute platforms.

Working alongside multiple IT teams, Infosec, and employees to ensure approved/blocked applications have proper policies implemented.

Utilising PAM solutions including a credential vault, client credential rotation, and mechanisms to discover and manage privileged identities.

Working with QA on testing, validation of updated software, policies, account elevation, and new client operating systems.

Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:

Have 6+ years experience of administration with EPM software and processes (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc) with Bachelor’s degree.

Be knowledgeable about the architecture for production and QA for a SAAS endpoint privileged management solution.

Possess solid experience administration of Mac\Windows\Linux client operating systems, scripting, and packaging.

Have the ability to analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving deep technical issues regarding all facets of the client operating systems running with\without administrator privileges.

Have the ability to work individually & with multiple teams globally in a fast paced environment.

Have understanding of workflows within Helpdesk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, RemedyForce, etc.
