One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Hungary.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a recruitment professional passionate about driving growth and building exceptional teams. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead end-to-end hiring processes for both technical and non-technical roles while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. You’ll take ownership of sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and recruitment performance data, all while supporting broader diversity and inclusion initiatives. Accountabilities:
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
· Partner with hiring managers to align hiring needs with business goals
· Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of traditional and innovative methods
· Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
· Analyze recruitment data to improve hiring processes and candidate experience
· Ensure clear, respectful, and engaging communication throughout the candidate journey
· Stay up to date with market trends and act as a brand ambassador for the company
· Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Recruiter, especially in tech hiring
· Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and local/EU talent markets
· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar)
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess and improve recruitment performance
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, remote environment
· A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
· Fluency in English is required
