Key Responsibilities:
Revise and refine candidate resumes to highlight key skills, accomplishments, and experiences.
Ensure resumes are tailored to specific job descriptions and client requirements.
Implement industry best practices for resume formatting and content optimization.
Craft compelling LinkedIn profiles and professional bios for candidates.
Utilize SEO strategies to improve visibility and attractiveness of candidate profiles.
Ensure consistency and professionalism across all digital platforms.
Provide personalized coaching to candidates on interview techniques and job search strategies.
Offer constructive feedback on presentation skills and professional demeanor.
Conduct mock interviews and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
Present candidates in a manner that aligns with client expectations and industry standards.
Facilitate effective communication between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the job market.
Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for candidate improvement.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the overall quality of talent presentations.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition and human resources roles, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and selecting top-tier talent.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Deep understanding of technical profiles and the ability to assess candidate skills and competencies in technical domains.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients, with a focus on meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of talent analysis, candidate evaluation, and documentation.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software for data management and reporting purposes.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all candidate interactions, resume revisions, and client feedback.
Ensure timely follow-ups and updates are provided to both candidates and clients.
Advanced English Proficiency:
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with international clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
6+ years of proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or a related field.
Exceptional ability to create engaging and targeted resumes.
Strong sales skills with the ability to market talent effectively to clients.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is a plus.
