We are seeking a Tech Recruiter to specialize in hiring for SaaS (Software as a Service) and go-to-market roles. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values high-quality hiring, and is eager to play a pivotal role in retaining exceptional talent.
As part of a globally connected team, you will focus on recruiting top-tier candidates for startups and innovative tech companies across the US and Europe. This includes sales, technical sales, post-sales, and marketing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit for specialized tech roles, with a focus on SaaS and go-to-market teams.
Build strong relationships with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Engage with high-net-worth clients and senior-level stakeholders confidently.
Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years in tech recruitment or related roles.
Skills: Proven ability to attract, assess, and retain high-quality candidates.
Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, sales, and tech-based recruiting is essential.
Soft Skills: Confident, personable, and skilled at building rapport with senior professionals.
Equipment: Own computer, internet connection, and second screen (software and tools provided).
Work Hours: Ability to work UK hours, starting around 10-11 a.m. SA time.
