Job Title: Senior Verification Engineer (RISC-V & UPF)

We are looking for a skilled verification engineer to help enhance the performance of cutting-edge RISC-V processors. In this role, you will analyze and improve various aspects of CPU core and memory system functionality. You’ll apply your expertise in processor architecture, design, and performance analysis to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RTL designers, verification engineers, and software developers. Your insights will drive optimizations, innovations, and feature improvements based on performance metrics and PPA considerations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement testbenches utilizing UVM-based methodologies

Design and build verification components using UVM frameworks

Conduct block-level verification to ensure performance goals and design compliance

Create and execute verification strategies aligned with system specifications

Define, implement, and assess coverage metrics to enhance verification quality

Develop and apply formal verification techniques

Automate verification tasks with custom tools

Evaluate and test design performance for efficiency and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

8+ years of experience in verification in a strong industry background in developing testbenches and verification components with SystemVerilog and UVM from the ground up

Expertise in event-driven simulator-based modeling techniques

Familiarity with low-power design methodologies (UPF)

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl

Solid grasp of chip and computer architecture

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is between $155,000 to $175,000, which also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
