Senior VSL Editor

Remote, Full-Time Position for a Direct Response Video Editor
We are looking for an exceptional Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to think creatively and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create long-form, engaging, and interactive content tailored for Facebook ads.
– Source B-roll content from YouTube, Amazon, and the Facebook Ad Library, if needed, to ensure all content feels organic and aligns with current trends (no “professional” stock footage).
– Generate creative ideas and concepts.
– Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in all video projects.
– Be an active user of Facebook ads in the health space to stay in tune with what works and what doesn’t.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in making VSLs for Facebook ads (not looking for ClickBank-style VSLs).
– Proven experience working with DTC brands promoting products on Facebook.
– Strong portfolio showcasing VSL content.
– Exceptional taste and aesthetic sense.
– Fast, reliable, and independent worker with high standards.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
– Strong work ethic and desire for personal and professional growth.
– Must understand NLP, human psychology, and basic human desires.
– Must keep up with platform algorithms and changes.
– Being an active user of these platforms is a huge advantage.
– Being able to create 3D animations is a huge plus.
