We are hiring a full-time SEO Specialist to work remotely. You will play a pivotal role in driving both our clients’ & our own, in-house digital marketing efforts. You will be focused on enhancing our online presence and working closely with our team of dedicated professionals. Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to the OTA industry.
Monitor and analyze website performance using industry tools and analytics platforms.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure best practices are integrated into content development.
Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Drive the implementation of technical improvements.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on SEO.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Strong understanding of on-page and off-page techniques.
Experience with AI tools like Chat GPT for content creation and optimization.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Bonus skills:
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Preferably someone with experience in the OTA industry
