Job Description:
Are you set to become an essential contributor in cross border payments, making certain that our clients’ funds reach their intended destinations?
Envision yourself as an essential member of the Cross Border Payments team, working to resolve payment-related issues for our diverse clientele across all Danske Bank branches in the Nordic region. Our team’s main task is to edit payments that cannot be sent or received due to some kind of formatting or technical issues. We handle very small volumes compared to how many payments are processed without our intervention, however this still gives us enough exceptions to investigate and handle.

You will:
Resolve various payment-related issues and requests received from different bank branches, customers, and internal teams via internal systems, Outlook, and phone
Process transactions according to strict cut-off deadlines
Be involved in quality improvement from customer and system perspectives
Deal with high-quality requests for customer satisfaction
Closely collaborate with other teams
About you:
Higher education degree
At least 1 year of experience in financial operations or back office (experience in payment processing or investigations would be beneficial)
Ability to prioritize and multitask with great attention to detail
Capable to work individually and within a team
Ability to handle stress when working with high value payments and strict cut off times
A collaborative spirit with a positive, innovative mindset
SWIFT knowledge is beneficial for quicker onboarding

Advanced English language skills
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
