Dutch Speaking Service Desk Representative
Location: Budapest (HQ in 9th district) – One office day per week/ 1-2 office days per month for remote applicants
Training period: 4 office days per week during the training/ 1-2 office day per month for remote applicants
Service Window:
I. project: M-F 7.30 AM – 6 PM
II. project: M-F 7 AM – 9 PM
Requirements:
High School degree
Fluent Dutch language skills
Upper-intermediate English skills
Residence permit or EU citizenship
Experienced in any customer service fields is a plus
Flexible, and dynamic personality
Customer-centricity mindset, and problem-solving skills
If you join them, your responsibilities will be:
For project I: Support for mobile, and integrated communication and entertainment services
For project II: Support for a multinational pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technologies company
Addressing clients’ IT problems
Managing end-user inquiries through various channels, including tools, phone, and email
Maintaining accurate records and administrative tasks, including call logging in the ticketing system
Escalating issues beyond your scope to the appropriate teams
Ensuring clients are well-informed and taking ownership of ongoing cases with follow-up actions
