French Speaking Service Desk Representative
Location: Budapest (HQ in 9th district)
I. Service Window: M-Sun 7.00 AM – 7.00 PM – 1 office day per week/ 2 office days per month for remote applicants
Training period: 2-3 office days per week / 1 office days per week for remote applicants
II. Service Window: M-F 7.00 AM – 7.00 PM – 2 office days per week
Trial period: 2-3 office days per week
III. Service Window: M-F 7.00 AM – 1.00 AM – 2 office days per week
Trial period: 2-3 office days per week
Requirements:
High School degree
Fluent French language skills
Upper-intermediate English skills
Residence permit or EU citizenship
Experienced in customer service (IT support, service desk, helpdesk fields is a plus)
Flexible, and dynamic personality
Customer-centricity mindset, and problem-solving skills
If you join them, your responsibilities will be:
Support for a multinational pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technologies company
Addressing clients’ IT problems
Managing end-user inquiries through various channels, including tools, phone, and email
Maintaining accurate records and administrative tasks, including call logging in the ticketing system
Escalating issues beyond your scope to the appropriate teams
Ensuring clients are well-informed and taking ownership of ongoing cases with follow-up actions
Running reports on active users on a quarterly basis and verifying with managers.
