We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Service Officer based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:
To receive, review and process the applications received via remote channels to ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate and the bank/investment account can be opened
To conduct service calls to assist customers (if necessary) in completing the online applications to maximize the business opportunities
To handle inbound enquiries from prospects relating to remote account opening application, provide guidance on application requirements and processes
To coordinate with branches on bank account opening appointments
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Relevant experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work occasional weekends to support sanity test
Demonstrated analytical skills and able to work in a team
