Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and integrating the ServiceNow platform. This is a remote contract position that will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting custom solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications including scripting, workflows, forms, and integrations.
Design and manage the ServiceNow Data Architecture, focusing on the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
Work with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
Ensure API and web service connections are optimized to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
Collaborate in Agile or Waterfall development methodologies for software development lifecycle and project management.
Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow modules, ensuring stability, performance, and usability.
Perform data analysis and problem-solving to address issues and improve efficiency within the platform.
Required Skills:
5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
Proficiency in ServiceNow Data Architecture and CSDM structure.
Hands-on experience with ITOM processes such as Discovery and Service Mapping.
Experience with APIs and web services for platform integrations.
Strong understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
