Shopify Chargeback Mediator (Remote)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Chargeback Mediator to join our eCommerce team. You’ll play a critical role in protecting our revenue by managing and reducing chargebacks across multiple Shopify stores.
???? Responsibilities:
Review and respond to chargebacks through Shopify’s platform
Communicate directly with our logistics manager to collect and submit accurate evidence (tracking, delivery, communication logs, etc.)
Use chargeback tools like Disputifier and Upgrade to see actual info to verify submitted claims and ensure all disputes are handled correctly
Audit chargeback reports and challenge incorrect or missing charges
Help create and process legitimate orders to improve merchant credibility and lower overall chargeback ratio
Report weekly on chargeback wins/losses and flag any concerning trends
? Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify chargeback handling
Familiarity with tools such as Disputifier, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar
Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Experience collaborating with logistics, fulfillment, and customer service teams
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
???? Bonus Points:
eCommerce or agency experience
Understanding of fraud prevention and payment processing
Familiarity with international shipping documentation
Pay: 800 dollars per month, fulltime position.
