JOB OVERVIEW
**Location:** Remote (Must be available to work during US time zones)
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to our Shopify store customers, primarily based in the US. Experience with Gorgias is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
– Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, returns, and other service-related issues.
– Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
– Use Gorgias to handle customer service tickets and ensure issues are addressed efficiently. (We havent started using it yet)
– Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure customer orders are processed smoothly.
– Document and track customer interactions and feedback to help improve overall customer satisfaction.
– Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities when appropriate.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce, with a focus on Shopify stores.
– Familiarity with Gorgias or other customer service platforms is a strong advantage. (We havent started using it yet)
– Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
– Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously with patience and professionalism.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Must be available to work during US time zones.
**Working Hours:**
– Part-time to start, with flexible hours to meet customer demand during US time zones.
**Compensation:**
– Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
