NH Creatives is a Philippine-based creative agency helping health experts and purpose-driven brands make a real impact online. We don’t just edit videos, we turn raw knowledge into powerful messages that inspire people to take control of their health and life.
We’re looking for a dedicated Video Editor who wants to grow long-term with a purpose-driven team. If you’re passionate about meaningful content and love bringing ideas to life, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
– Edit short-form Reels, Ads, and YouTube Shorts for US-based clients
– Craft strong hooks, clean pacing, and strong retention – without cringe tactics
– Apply color grading, typography, overlays, motion/keyframe enhancements
– Use Canva / Photoshop for light branding touch-ups
– Maintain organized timelines & clean project files
– Collaborate professionally and stay open to feedback and growth.
Requirements/Qualifications:
– Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (Non-Negotiable)
– Has Canva or Photoshop skills
– Knows how to hook and retain viewers, not just cut clips
– Can leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.) and use it to improve performance and efficiency
– 2-3 years editing experience with solid short-form portfolio
– Has 4K-capable setup + fast internet
– Organized, dependable, and committed (no major side roles)
Bonus Points If You…
– Have passion for fitness, health, productivity and self-growth
– Know how to repurpose footage into multiple cuts/formats
– Think like a strategic editor, not just a clip assembler
Compensation & Growth:
– P30,000/month salary, paid bi-weekly
– Full-Time | Remote | 40 hours/week (weekdays only)
– We offer flexible paid time off (unlimited, but aligned with deadlines and subject to manager approval)
– Weekly course-analysis / ad breakdown sessions to level up skills
– Salary review after 6 months based on performance
