Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction operations and ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate closely with contractors, labor teams, and site staff to ensure seamless workflow and address operational challenges.
Assist with site surveying, layout, and measurement tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including labor attendance, material usage, and progress tracking.
Conduct routine quality inspections and enforce adherence to safety and engineering standards.
Report construction issues, risks, or delays promptly to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper handling, servicing, and maintenance of machinery.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site.
Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
Participate in technical meetings and provide engineering input during on-site discussions.
Assist in managing site materials, resources, and logistics to avoid work interruptions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in site engineering or construction project supervision.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of civil works, site management, and construction methodologies.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, BOQs, and design documents.
Competency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and in remote or challenging field conditions.
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
