In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing snubbing operations, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a snubbing crew, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and protocols;
Oversee snubbing operations and coordinate with on-site management;
Ensure timely and efficient execution of snubbing jobs;
Maintain and inspect snubbing equipment to ensure it is in optimal condition;
Record and maintain accurate snubbing records and reports;
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures;
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Snubbing Foreman in the oil and gas industry.
Possession of a valid well control certification.
Strong knowledge of snubbing equipment and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions under pressure.
Good physical condition and able to work in remote locations and harsh weather conditions.
