About the Role
We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and organized Social Media + Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support fast-moving DTC brands across affiliate outreach, social content, and email marketing. This is a hybrid role that touches growth and creative, perfect for someone who’s equal parts relationship-builder, content thinker, and digital executor.
What You’ll Do
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

Identify, vet, and reach out to influencers, creators, and affiliate partners

Manage affiliate relationships and track performance (with support from the team)

Write personalized outreach messages and coordinate gifting or commissions

Help build and maintain an affiliate pipeline that aligns with our brands

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

Build out flows and campaigns using pre-approved copy or templates

QA emails across devices and ensure deliverability best practices

Coordinate with design to get assets needed for sends

Maintain and update email lists, segments, and campaign calendars

Social Media & Content Ideation

Research trends, hooks, and ad concepts in our category

Develop content ideas, concepts, and rough scripts for IG/TikTok posts

Write short-form copy for social posts, emails, and creator briefs

Work with the team to plan and schedule content in line with launches

Who You Are

Creative and resourceful – you know how to get scrappy and make things happen

Strong written communicator with a good eye for what hooks on social

Familiar with affiliate or influencer outreach tools (and just really good at DM/email pitching)

Organized and deadline-driven – you can juggle multiple moving parts without letting anything drop

Comfortable in Klaviyo or willing to learn quickly

Ideally experienced with DTC, Shopify, lifestyle, wellness, or beverage brands

Bonus Points

Experience writing social copy, influencer briefs, or email sequences

Comfortable jumping into tools like Asana, Klaviyo, Figma, or Slack

You already have a pulse on creator culture, especially in TikTok and Instagram
