We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the architect of our brand’s online presence and influencer partnerships, crafting compelling content, fostering community engagement, and identifying and cultivating relationships with key influencers to amplify our brand’s reach and impact within the trading card community (pokemon, mtg, etc).
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Schedule and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
Conduct thorough research to identify relevant influencers across various platforms.
Develop and execute strategic influencer outreach plans, presenting a minimum of 20 potential influencer collaborations weekly.
Verify influencer authenticity and audience alignment to ensure brand suitability.
Negotiate collaboration terms, including content creation and agreements.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with influencers, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms.
Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, PS …) and social media management platforms (Buffer, googlesheet.).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics and influencer campaign performance.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and best practices.
Proven ability to identify and evaluate influencer authenticity and audience engagement.
Good negotiation and lead tracking skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Reliable internet access and consistent online availability.
Highly motivated, proactive, creative, and passionate about building brand communities and authentic brand partnerships.
A strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
Prior experience in influencer marketing or related fields is a plus, but not required. We value super motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and excel.
