Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our social media platforms, ensuring an engaging online presence. You will develop, implement, and manage content strategies that elevate brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.

Create, schedule, and curate high-quality content across social media platforms.

Monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages promptly.

Analyze performance data to optimize social media content and campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams on integrated campaigns.

Stay current with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.

Assist in the creation and enforcement of social media policies and guidelines.

Manage paid social media advertising campaigns as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.

Strong knowledge of social media analytics and performance measurement tools.

Skills:

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Strong creative ability with a focus on visual content creation.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and target audiences.

Nice to Haves:

Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
