Competitive Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $5-$8/hr, negotiable based on your experience and fit.
Responsibilities:
Develop content strategies across all social media platforms.
Create a monthly content calendar aligned with brand voice, marketing efforts, and the latest social media trends.
Create and publish engaging content for various social media channels.
Moderate comments, hashtags, and DMs across all social media platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content.
Analyze social media campaign performance and deliver performance reports.
Stay up-to-date on social media platforms, technologies, and trends.
Identify potential influencers on all platforms and develop partnerships.
Manage and execute influencer and affiliate marketing programs, including development, outreach, analysis, and research.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in social media management with references to accounts managed.
Excellent written communication skills in English, including the ability to creatively engage with the audience.
Strong verbal communication skills in English for clear and collaborative teamwork.
Ability to work independently with initiative and manage time effectively.
Strong project management, interpersonal, research, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, etc.)
Strong visual sense to create compelling content for social media platforms.
Ability to interpret marketing metrics to optimize social media campaigns.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Key Qualifications:
The position is remote. Applicants must be self-motivated with reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and a genuine desire to learn and grow continuously.
– Hours are flexible, but an employee will work an 8-hour shift between 9 AM-7 PM EST.
Bonus Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business/public relations or related fields is a plus
Previous affiliate/influencer/social media marketing experience is a plus
Team management/leadership experience
Basic understanding of the U.S. paper crafting industry and its products
Knowledge of graphic design tools – e.g. Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php47,000.00 – Php70,000.00 per month
