JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager with a strong background in clinical trials and healthcare marketing to join our team. This remote role is perfect for an experienced professional passionate about engaging audiences, increasing brand awareness, and driving results in the clinical trials space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to promote clinical trial services and industry knowledge
Create engaging content tailored to our audience, including posts, graphics, videos, and articles
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and adjust strategies for maximum reach and engagement
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to foster positive relationships
Stay updated on industry trends, social media advancements, and compliance regulations to ensure alignment with best practices
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within clinical trials, healthcare, or life sciences
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of clinical trial processes, terminology, and target audience preferences
Content Creation Skills: Strong ability to create, curate, and manage content across social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to monitor performance and optimize strategies
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical information in an engaging and accessible way
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and able to quickly adjust strategies to meet business needs
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in social media management tools, content scheduling software, and basic graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva)
