What to expect ? – Application Processing :
1st Level Screening – The recruitment team will screen resumes and transcript to shortlist candidates for further selection steps. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next level of assessment.
2nd Level Screening – If the candidate has been shortlisted for further selection assessments – the latter should be expecting an invite to call to our office premises or virtually for a technical assessment that may include either an aptitude test or/both a technical coding challenge.
3rd Level Screening – In the events that the recruitment team concluded that a third level of screening is required for further shortlisting – a second round of technical assessment may occur.
