This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.​

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to assist in building and strengthening our Identity UI team. GoDaddy is a global product seller to customers from all over the world. The team serves login, account creation as well as profile and preferences for all GoDaddy’s customers. The UIs we build are among the first the users see on their customer journey, and help the user keep their profile up to date.

What you’ll get to do…

Collaborate with an outstanding background of engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver the best solution for our customers

Developing new user-facing features using React

Optimising load times/performance

Modernising our UIs

Writing unit/integration/e2e tests

Work in a global scrum team

Your experience should include…

3+ years of technology experience in a software engineering role and building large-scale distributed applications or solutions

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML

Understanding of React.js and its principles

Familiar with a11y principles

Experience working with RESTful APIs

Familiarity with version control software, Git is helpful

Plus for experience with AWS, NextJS

Strong communication skills

Experience working in agile teams

Experience in testing and deploying code using CI/CD technologies and patterns such as GitHub action workflows, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.
