What We're Looking For

3–5 years of professional backend development experience

Experience at at least one previous company

Strong Java + Spring background

Solid SQL knowledge; PostgreSQL experience is a plus

Experience building API-based, scalable web services

Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle unfamiliar code

Independence and self-motivation in a remote work setting

A passion for high-quality, maintainable software

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD workflows

GitHub fluency and comfort with pull request–driven development

Experience with observability tools (monitoring, logging, tracing)

Background in distributed systems or microservice architecture
