To be successful in this role you will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing new features, integrating 3rd party tools for our stakeholders
Working with designers to implement engaging user experiences for thousands of users
Ensuring that Akamai’s front-end applications are performant, accessible, reliable and responsive
Working in an environment that fosters innovative solutions, rapid development cycles, and open communication
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 0-2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Have hands-On with Python3 and any RestAPIs based modern web development frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI
Have working experience with RDBMS like SQL, Postgres and ORMS like SQLAlchemy
Have working experience with any JavaScript based frameworks like React, Angular, VueJS with HTML, CSS, TypeScript
Have knowledge of accessibility standards, design patterns, styling approaches, tooling Eg: Material UI, CSS modules, Axe, Cypress
Have a good understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Networking, Security, X.509 Certs, Linux and testing practices
