Job Description

You will report to the Technology organization, in this technical position that requires experience with test automation creation and maintenance, automated regression testing, and performance testing.
You’ll have opportunity to:

Guide communication to ensure test plans adequately cover all software requirements

Create, and execute test plans and test cases. (UAT, Integration, End-to-End, Penetration, Performance, Load, Regression, Beta)

Create readable and maintainable automation scripts & scenarios

Design and implement QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality.

Identify opportunities for automation within software processes.

Build and improve our automated testing system in collaboration with technology, DevOps and product teams

Work with the Agile Team to develop comprehensive automated test suites providing maximum test coverage

Review and improve test methodologies, tools and measurement of QA processes.

Identify, validate, track and communicate defects and risks to the development team(s).

Create high-level QA status reports for management

Work with team members to promote an emphasis on quality throughout the entire SDLC

Define and implement best practices for product releases including deployment prerequisites, documentation, and troubleshooting

Prepae test criteria and test case specification documents for all phases of testing

Collaborate with developers to help create high value unit tests and testing solutions

Identify test cases and map them to performance/system/integration requirements for appropriate testing coverage

Qualifications
Qualifications:

BS or MS degree

5+ years’ QA Engineering experience5+ years’ experience with automated testing tools, working in an Agile environment and with cross-browser testing

5+ years’ experience with functional test automation and performance test automation development and Web Service automation testing

3+ years experience with Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence and Bamboo Zephyr for JIRA

5+ years’ experience writing performance testing automation, performance testing experience and hands-on test experience of RESTful APIs

Experience with Tosca Continuous Testing Platform, Performance Testing using Performance Center, Load Runner or StormRunner, Continuous integration with Performance Testing, familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and knowledge of bug tracking in JIRA and test case creation using Zephyr
