About the Role: We are seeking experienced Spanish-speaking Conversion Agents to join one of the largest and most successful Forex companies globally. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a high-performing international team.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients from provided leads and convert them into active traders
Present the company’s products and services in a clear and persuasive manner
Maintain high levels of client engagement and professionalism
Meet and exceed daily and monthly conversion targets
Work closely with the sales team and team leaders to ensure lead quality and sales performance
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
Previous experience in Forex sales/conversion is required
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
