motivated, bright and proactive people for the role of Sports Help Desk Associate with
Portuguese and English – Remote.
Отговорности

Engage with customers via phone and chat;

Assist with inquiries related to a wide variety of sports products and provide accurate

information;

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by focusing on their expectations and delivering

outstanding service;

Maintain detailed case notes for each interaction;

Help achieve both individual and team performance targets.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Solid command (B2 level) of Portuguese and English;

Customer-focused and motivated to provide a high-quality experience;

Excellent interpersonal skill with proactive and open approach to work;

Analytically-minded and skilled with problem-solving;

Strong typing and PC-user skills.
