This is a remote role and with the ideal candidate living in the Minneapolis/St Paul area
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions

Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions

Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations

Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence and drive long-term business growth

The salary range for this position is ($90600-125000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

You Must Have

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management or sales in Building Management Systems, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
