Sr. Data Analyst
Cognizant is looking for a highly experienced Sr. Analyst with 10 to 14 years of expertise in Data & Analytics Business Data & Analytics Tech and Pharma clinical processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharmacy Benefit Management and McKesson Clinical systems. This role will involve leveraging data analytics to drive business insights and improve clinical processes ultimately benefiting our company’s mission and societal impact.
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)
· Lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
· Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics solutions tailored to the needs of the Pharma clinical process.
· Provide expert guidance on the integration of McKesson Clinical systems with existing data analytics frameworks.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of Pharmacy Benefit Management data to optimize processes and improve patient outcomes.
· Utilize advanced analytics techniques to support clinical decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all data analytics activities.
· Mentor junior analysts and provide training on best practices in data analytics and clinical processes.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
· Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
· Support the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security.
· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of new data analytics tools and technologies.
· Occasional travel
Qualifications
· Possess a deep understanding of data analytics methodologies and tools.
· Demonstrate expertise in Pharma clinical processes and McKesson Clinical systems.
· Have a strong background in Pharmacy Benefit Management.
· Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Show proficiency in developing and maintaining data dashboards and reports.
· Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Have experience in mentoring and training junior analysts.
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 10/10/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $72,444 – $142,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
