The Senior Estimator will play a central role in developing and managing estimation processes, approvals, and ensuring that project budgets align with energy savings goals.

Develop and oversee estimating processes for energy-efficient renovations and upgrades.

Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure accurate project estimates.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, MEP systems, and renewable energy installations.

Analyze project proposals, scopes, and specifications to create comprehensive bid estimates.

Work on national projects, with a focus on the federal government sector (GSA projects), data centers, and municipalities.

Utilize knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and MEP-heavy systems to deliver accurate and competitive bids.

Coordinate site visits and work closely with project managers and subcontractors as necessary.

10+ years of estimating experience, ideally in construction with a strong focus on MEP systems and energy efficiency solutions.

Experience with federal government projects or ESCOs is a strong plus.

Ability to take ownership of the estimating process, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering and construction teams.

Startup mindset, with the ambition to grow and develop within a niche company.

Understanding of energy savings and carbon footprint reduction goals.

Competitive salary in the range of $140,000 – $165,000, with the potential for bonuses up to 15-20%.
