Inviso is looking for an experienced Sr Project Manager to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of a Microsoft program that brings Microsoft Partner Channel participants into compliance with program terms. The ideal candidate is process driven, organized and able to keep things moving. This position is a 12-month vendor role (18/6) remote in the United States or Canada.

Job Description:
This Sr PM will be responsible for:

Ongoing monitoring of at-risk customers ahead of deprovisioning dates. Propose necessary improvements to predefined customer management framework, lifecycle communications and necessary correction of errors execution plan.

Align customer target list data and messaging to human outreach channels (Vendor-Tele, Account Executive, Amplify).

Support creation and coordination of communication materials to execute customer management framework

In collaboration with WW SMB Commercial Licensing Strategy Lead, represent the customer segments within team calls to optimize program results.

Experience Required:

Microsoft work experience is required

Must have a good understanding of Microsoft’s Partner Channel, how they go to market and the complexities of an SMB customer segment

Strong process and organizational skills required

Reasonable experience with Excel but super high level data skills are not needed, i.e Power BI

Experience leading key insights, reviewing progress and determining best course of action

5-10 years of PM experience.

Driven for results, able to work productively in a cross-functional team

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is between $100,000 up to $130,000 annually. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, as well as Inviso’s differing lines of business. In addition to the base pay, Inviso provides access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, paid time off, paid holidays, among other benefits.
