Lucidya is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead our design initiatives and drive innovation across our products. As a senior member of the team, you will play a strategic role in shaping user experiences, optimizing business impact, and fostering a design-driven culture. Your creative thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and achieve business KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to high-fidelity design and implementation.
Develop creative and strategic design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure design decisions drive measurable outcomes.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions to optimize user experience and engagement.
Develop and refine design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across products.
Design scalable and intuitive user experiences for complex applications.
Leverage data visualization and interaction design principles to create engaging dashboards and analytics tools.
Innovate and experiment with new ideas, tools, and technologies to enhance product usability.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the design team.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in product design, focusing on cross-platform web and mobile applications.
Proven track record of creative problem-solving and delivering innovative design solutions.
Experience in setting and achieving design KPIs, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, IT, or a related field.
A portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in UX/UI, creative problem-solving, and measurable impact.
